Status page changes for nShift products Oct 31, 2025 09:00-09:01 CET
Starting October 31, we’re moving updates for several nShift products to a shared status page.
Maintenance and incident updates for Delivery, Print by nShift, DeliveryCheckout, and Posti SmartShip will appear on the new shared status page.
TMS, Web-TA, DHL Multishipping and Frigoscandia TA-Connect updates will continue to appear on the current page.
All existing subscribers will soon receive an email from the new page asking you to confirm your subscription.
To make sure you only receive relevant updates:
-If you use Delivery, Print by nShift, DeliveryCheckout, and Posti SmartShip:
-Watch for a confirmation email from the new page and confirm your subscription to continue receiving updates.
-After confirming, open the same email again and click Manage your subscription to select the products relevant to you.
-Save this mail and use the link below to unsubscribe to this status page once you’ve confirmed your subscription to the new page.
-If you only use TMS, Web-TA, DHL Multishipping and Frigoscandia TA-Connect, simply don’t confirm — you’ll continue receiving updates from the current page.
Because all subscribers are temporarily active on both pages, you may receive duplicate messages until you adjust your preferences.

This change makes it easier to manage maintenance updates and incident notifications across products and keep communications relevant to you.
