FTP file processing issue
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - We identified a technical issue affecting a small number of incoming files sent via our FTP integration at ftp.apport.net.
Some files were not processed automatically and did not trigger the expected shipment creation, with no error shown at the time.
The issue was resolved this morning. If you believe a shipment may be missing as a result, please reach out to our support team and we'll help you sort it out.

TNT Express connection issues
Resolved - Booking requests to TNT Express are completing successfully and no further errors have been observed since 15:07.

Investigating - We have identified an issue with bookings against TNT Express. Booking requests are being sent, but no response is returned from TNT, which may affect shipment creation. A small number of shipments have gone through during this period. We are in contact with TNT and are currently investigating.
